The large audience that enjoys Sinai's songs has never imagined what scars are etched in the soul of the Hassidic singer and devour his sleep. As a 14-year-old boy, he was caught in the net of Shlomo Helbrenz, the founder of the Lev Tahor sect, and joined the closed and extremist group. Thus he found himself in a world of public humiliation ceremonies, severe corporal punishment, blind admiration for the leader and forced detachment from the parents. Now he tells his story and asks: Stop this madness journey, for the sake of the children.
